Beth Gruitch are the beauty and brains behind Rioja, annually rated one of Denver’s top restaurants since its opening in 2004. After 10 years with Spago (including the original site above Sunset Boulevard, in Los Angeles) Chef Janinski melds rustic flavors of the Mediterranean with seasonal Rocky Mountain ingredients. In addition to serving as General Manager, Beth is a level one certified sommelier and oversees the restaurant’s beverage program. The bar is the more casual corner of the stylish eatery, which is situated on Larimer Street - the heart of Denver’s exploding culinary scene!

This Pomeginger cocktail is made with Skyy vodka, pomegranate juice, ginger and a twist of lemon. Sipping one on Rioja's patio sounds like the perfect end to a day in the great outdoors!
