
Sandia de Mayo Margarita

1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
1 oz Sour Mix
1 oz fresh Watermelon Puree
0.5 oz Midori
Combine all ingredients and shake over ice. Pour into a rocks glass. Add the Midori so that it settles out at the bottom and it shows the red and green layers. Garnish with a thin slice of watermelon.
