Creamy Mango CocktailBeen playing around in my home bar and just made something delectably indulgent... had to share...
2 oz. vodka, plain or flavored (Finlandia has a mango-infused vodka)
3 oz. frozen mango pieces
1 tsp. blood orange bitters
1 heaping tablespoon vanilla ice cream
Blend on low until smooth. Pour into champagne flute. Indulge!
